Love, love , love this jacket! I bought it in Shark and it is perfect. The orange/red stitching is just enough to add a little pizzazz to the coat, but not too much. It keeps me dry and warm on rainy windy days. I don't have to carry my purse or wallet when I go out because everything I need fits in the pockets without making the coat too bulky. I can wear it to work or to the dog park...it works for any outing. I have gained some weight around my mid section after having 3 kids and this coat manages to hide any imperfections with a very flattering fit. Also, I can NEVER find a coat with long enough sleeves, but this coat has them and they are attractive with the buttons too! Can't say enough good things about this coat...it is my favorite cool weather article of clothing!
I would recommend this product.

I'm a large woman and this is the only piece I've gotten that's run small. This is not heavy enough for winter, but will be great for all and spring. I'll need to wear something thin under. Very stylish. Very long sleeves.

This is a fantastic Jacket.. well made, stylish and I love the color! (green).Haven't worn it yet but expect will be wearing it alot for travel, hiking, etc. Be sure you order one size larger... then it isperfect.

Attention tall women

I am 6 fr 2 in and find it nearly impossible to find jackets with the extra 3 inches in sleeve length. This is the perfect jacket, the sleeves are even slightly below my wrist. It is light weight, has a pretty turquoise lining and feminine cut. I normally wear a 10 or 12 but bought this in a 14. It will easily go over my fleece jacket or sweater for added warmth but does not look too big if worn over a shirt. If you are tall you will love this jacket!

excellent coat!

This coat is long on style and can go any place, any time of day. I just got back from Iceland and it was the perfect coat for my trip. Cute, fitted, functional and stylish. It definately runs one size smaller than whatever size you would normally wear. The sleeves are long and I love that because normally sleeves are too short when layering. I give this coat 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Excellent Jacket!

I bought this jacket for an upcoming trip abroad. I think it's going to work out great! It's light weight for spring/summer, and the fabric should travel well. I've worn it out in the rain a few times already and it kept me perfectly dry! The styling is super sharp. i love how it looks. I followed the advice of other reviewers and a bought a size larger than I'd normally wear. While my normal size might have worked, I think the larger size was probably a good call. The only thing that bothered me was that one of the selling points, even on the tag attached to the jacket, boasts thumb loops, and mine doesn't have any. The sleeves are so long, though, they're really not necessary. Overall, however, I love this jacket!

Everyone noted that the jacket ran small. Usually I can wear a size 8. I decided to go with a size 10 and any smaller wouldn't fit. If you plan on wearing bulky sweaters underneath you may want to go up two sizes. It is true the sleeves run long but the way they are designed, cuffing them up works well.
Excellent travel jacket. I plan on taking it to Europe with me.

Perfect sleeves and all

Perfect lightweight jacket for moving around town. Very slimming to the figure. Sleeves are a bit long, but my arms are longer anyway, so this is a much appreciated feature. Couldn't be more pleased.

Could wear it all day, wait I do!

I had to get a full size larger than normal and fold up the sleeves like someone else said. But that's fine because it still fits well and is not baggy. I am going to recommend it to my sister in law who has long arms and many times can wear some jackets. I have worn it a couple of days and kept it on all day at work. I know I will love using it on trips. I already tried it in a light rain and it beaded up and kept me dry even if it's not full on waterproof. I also love the blue color, nice to have a jacket that isn't black but I don't go for bright colors.

WONDERFUL JACKET

I ordered a size up from my usual size and the fit was perfect. The sleeves are long, but I just fold them back and bit and that works. I ordered a 12, I'm usually a 10 and I'm 5'6", 135. I love the feel of the fabric, the pockets, and the slimming effect of the design. The price for a jacket of this quality does not seem out of line. A wonderful jacket!

Previous design was a little nicer

I tried on the first design of this jacket in the MH store in Seattle about a year ago. Didn't buy it then and have been regretting it all year! Since the new design just came out, I snatched it up. It runs small, and the arms are not as long as they were in the first design (I have enormously long monkey arms as a 6' woman), which makes me sad. But the fabric is luscious and the color is great and I'm wearing it all the time now that it is Spring in Salt Lake City! I usually wear a 6 top, I bought an 8, and it's still just a titch tight at the shoulder but definitely wearable.

Love it!

I choose this jacket because it looked like it would fit. I am tall and women's jackets tend to be tight in the shoulders and short in the sleeves. This jacket is neither! I am so happy with the cut and style of this jacket! I have not taken it off since getting it in the mail a couple of weeks ago. (well, I haven't slept in it....yet). I think it will travel with me for years to come.

The Urbanite Traveler Jacket ROCKS!

Love This Jacket !! It held up well in the rain on several hikes I did on Kauai's north shore. It was light and very packable and the fit is perfect (slightly slimming in the waist) and just long enough! (The sleeves are a little bit on the long side, which is perfect for me because I live in Minnesota and frequently use my sleeves as mittens)
